Board Member Opportunity

The Southern Ohio Career Academy is actively seeking dedicated and engaged community members to serve on our School Board. As a board member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students by providing strategic guidance and oversight for our career-focused educational programs.

We are looking for individuals with a strong commitment to public education and a passion for developing the next generation of skilled professionals. Ideal candidates will have a background in business, education, or a related field and a desire to contribute to the success of our students and the broader community.

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing and reviewing school policies.

• Approving the school's budget.

• Working with school leadership to set long-term goals and a strategic vision.

• Serving as an ambassador for the school within the community.
