Enrollment

Thank you for deciding to enroll with Southern Ohio Career Academy! To complete a paper application, please click the download button below and return it to the school. Applications can be received at the school M-F 8:00am - 3:30pm.

Documents required for enrollment are:

  • State-issued identification (parent and/or student)

  • Student's birth certificate

  • Proof of address (i.e. current utility bill, current lease, bank statement, etc.)

  • Proof of income (students 18 and over)

  • Current vaccination record

  • Student's official transcripts

  • Withdrawal letter from student's most recent school previously attended

  • Proof of guardianship, if applicable
