Southern Ohio Career Academy has plenty to celebrate this September! SOCA was named EEG School of the Year, recognizing the hard work of students, staff, families, and community partners.

Students are also continuing to build skills beyond the classroom through career-focused learning and YouthBuild. Through a partnership with the Chillicothe Metropolitan Housing Authority, participating students are gaining hands-on construction experience while helping repair and restore homes within the community.

Download the September newsletter to read more about SOCA’s School of the Year recognition, YouthBuild opportunities, career readiness, and how students are building skills for life after graduation.
